Condition for returns

Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. If the item arrived damaged or defective, let us know with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund without requiring you to ship it back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved), we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
